ISAAC Conventing Membership
ISAAC offers covenanting membership to faith communities, smaller groups, and individuals who support the mission of ISAAC.
Whoever you are and wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome!
What does covenanted support mean? With greater numbers, ISAAC is stronger in our influence with decision-makers, more equipped to educate our larger Northern Colorado community, and more creative and resourced in the gifts we have to offer. Covenanting members agree to affirm our mission statement and have the opportunity to participate in the governance, decision making and opportunities of ISAAC.
Where does your support go? Membership contributions go directly to supporting ISAAC’s basic administrative and program expenses including: materials for education, outreach and publications, office supplies, project and program expenses, ongoing events and vigils. Nearly one hundred percent of contributions are directly applied to program ministries. We have very limited paid staff. Donations to ISAAC may be made in addition to membership contributions and by non-members at any time, including at fundraising events. Nearly one hundred percent of these contributions will also go directly to support our programs, including accompaniment projects, family assistance and legal support.
Faith Community Covenant Membership: Covenanted membership is suggested to begin at $200 per year. However, we encourage your community to select an amount that works for both your community’s annual budget and for your goals for immigrant justice. For example, a $1.00 contribution per family unit might be appropriate for your congregation.
Individual Covenant Membership: Individual membership contributions are on a sliding scale, with a suggested contribution of $50 per year. Monthly sustaining gifts are also an affordable way to support our work and provide us with reliable income. Monthly gifts are suggested at $10 per month, or $120 per year.
Friends of ISAAC Small Group Covenant Membership: This membership level has been created for small ministry groups within a larger faith community, or independent small groups who support our mission. We welcome you to join us and participate in the ISAAC ministry! Suggested contribution starts at $120 per year.
Donation: After you submit your membership application you will be directed to our Membership Contribution page. From there you will see instructions on how to contribute. Please note on the contribution the name of you or your organization so we can credit it correctly.
